Join us for an exciting opportunity to experience a private dinner with The Pfister Hotel's
Artist in Residence – Heidi Parkes – held in her gallery space inside the hotel. Dinner will include a private chef's table experience featuring a 5-course menu with wine pairings. Prior to the dinner, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour accompanied by a presentation from Heidi that gives you an inside look at her creative process.
Guests can also opt to add a personalized work of art, created by Heidi and mailed to them after the event, either using fabrics available from Heidi's studio or their own fabrics brought from home.
